Long-haul fleet fit

All three can be configured for long-haul fleet service. Compare sleeper, wheelbase, fuel capacity, safety equipment, maintenance system and support on the actual lanes rather than declaring one universal fleet winner.

Powertrain context

T680 and 579 builds may use PACCAR or Cummins engines and several transmissions. Cascadia builds commonly use Detroit engines and DT12 integration. Availability changes by year and order; confirm component tags and build information.

Driver environment

Roof, sleeper length, seat package, controls, HVAC, storage, bunk equipment and visibility vary by generation and trim. Driver preference should be assessed on the actual cab, not a model-family reputation.
